Isothermal Precision Glass Molding

Precision glass molding – the replication of a highly precise tool surface through isothermal forming of glass – enables the manufacturing of complex optical geometries at the micro scale. The optics are formed directly into their final shape, eliminating the need for post-processing such as polishing. This results in outstanding accuracy, consistent quality, and high reproducibility with optimal cost efficiency. In this way, we comprehensively meet current and future requirements for imaging precision optics.
