After approximately 1.5 years of construction, INGENERIC’s new company building is now ready for occupancy.

On October 7, 2019, employees will take their seats at their new desks for the very first time.

The new production facility, located in close proximity to a former mining site, offers a gross floor area of approximately 2,700 m². Around 800 m² of cleanroom space are now available for manufacturing and finishing optical components, as well as for the assembly of optical modules and laser systems. In addition, the new building provides approximately 600 m² of air‑conditioned processing areas dedicated to ultra‑precision manufacturing. The adjoining office building, which houses development, sales, and administrative functions, comprises more than 1,000 m² of gross floor area.

With a total site area of around 10,000 m², the property also offers ample space for future expansion.

The planning and construction of the facility were carried out in collaboration with TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG, which, as the parent company of INGENERIC, also acted as the client.

As part of the acquisition of Aixtooling GmbH, INGENERIC is particularly pleased to soon welcome its new employees to Baesweiler. This will bring the total workforce to approximately 110 employees, further strengthening capabilities in tooling, precision blank pressing, and metrology.
