We act responsibly in the way we use resources, manage our processes, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and business partners. For us, quality is not only a commitment to our products but also an obligation to uphold sustainable and transparent business practices that create long-term value.

We expect our suppliers and business partners to comply with high environmental, social, and safety standards and promote fair working conditions throughout the entire value chain.

Energy Management
A key pillar of our sustainability strategy is the systematic reduction of energy and resource consumption while increasing the use of renewable energy sources. Our initiatives include investments in photovoltaic technology, optimized air flow management within production areas, waste heat recovery from compressors, the transition of our vehicle fleet to electric mobility, and the installation of charging infrastructure for employees.
Since 2016, we have operated in accordance with the certified DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System, with the objective of continuously improving our energy performance. Through targeted measures in production, building technologies, and renewable energy generation, we have significantly reduced our carbon footprint. In fiscal year 2025/26, our CO₂ emissions were 101 tonnes lower (-89%) compared to the 2020/21 baseline year. At the same time, we achieve annual electricity savings of 183,297 kWh.
Our progress is regularly reviewed and certified by independent external auditors. This ensures transparency and enables us to demonstrate that sustainability at INGENERIC remains both measurable and effective.
